How does pricing and billing work?

Our marketing services are charged by monthly basis. This established an ongoing working relationship and resource allocation to ensure best services are provided.

A 3-month minimum commitment is required for implementation packages and then monthly thereafter. All marketing services are billed monthly at the start of each month.  Work commences upon receipt of payment.

It’s a rolling agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

Billing for our marketing services is structured to be paid one month in advance.

A one-time set -up fee is required to cover, setup for implementation packages, the initial strategy, planning, learning of your business marketing goals.

 

How do we ensure deadlines are met?

We ensure deadlines are met through agreed communications turnaround times. An email response time of 48 hours (excluding weekends) from both parties is required for timely delivery of the services.
